2024 RTA Regional Awards Application
*Regional applicants must be currently living and working in the Reno Tahoe region*
Select an option (artists are required to fill out a separate application for each category applied for)

Applicants must include a succinct portfolio of artwork (up to 15 images) that have been completed within the last two years (2022 - summer 2024). Each submitted work should include its title, medium, dimensions and date of completion within the image label or in a corresponding PDF (emailed separately to bdolan@rtiashow.com). Within the 15 total images, applicants are encouraged to submit multiple images of each submitted work. These should include minimally one photograph of the finished artwork presented in an installation format (i.e. wall hangings hanging on a wall). If applicable, each work should include an angled view to showcase its dimensionality. This offers the jury an opportunity to consider the final work as they would in a physical exhibition.

Artist Application Details:

Applicants must submit the following in order to be considered for the RTA Regional Awards:
- Completed application form including:
- Brief artist statement 
- Brief response to the question - what does it mean to be a working artist in Reno Tahoe right now? 
- Succinct portfolio of artwork (detailed requirements included in form)
- $15 non-refundable application fee per category applied to

Please Note:
- Applicants will receive a confirmation email once application is submitted
- Finalists per category will be announced by September 2, 2024. All finalists will receive (2) complimentary tickets to the RTA Awards Brunch Gala taking place Sunday, September 15, 2024 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.
